VibeFinder.uk is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our AI-powered DJ tool.
2. Data We Collect
Local Storage Data: We use your browser's local storage to remember your preferred language, track your free search limit (2 searches), and store your Pro account status if applicable. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.
Email & Payment Data: If you purchase VibeFinder Pro via Ko-fi, your payment is processed securely by Ko-fi/Stripe. We only receive your email address to send you the access code.
3. AI Processing & Third-Party APIs
When you search for a track, the input is sent to our backend (Cloudflare Workers) and processed by Anthropic (Claude AI) to generate recommendations. Track links are generated using YouTube and Spotify APIs. We do not store your search queries on our servers.
4. VibeDeck & Copyright
VibeFinder.uk does not host, download, or distribute any music files. The VibeDeck feature uses the official YouTube IFrame Player API to stream public videos directly from YouTube. All rights belong to the respective owners.
5. Your Rights (UK GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can clear all locally stored data by clearing your browser's cache. For any requests, contact us at support@vibefinder.uk.
